All festival goers arriving by car are expected to park at Bourn Airfield from where they will be bused into the venue itself.  Please expect some chaos on the roads. 
Should you have any concerns during the festival (eg noise) or wish to give feedback about it then these are the contacts to use.

LEAFLET DROP WITH INFORMATION FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS

On 1st September organisers announced "Local information has now been provided to local residents and a wider leaflet has been delivered providing details of ticket discounts and local shuttles."

 

NOISE AND SOUND TESTING

The organisers say: Sound checks will be carried out to test noise levels and plan for minimising impact during the event itself. Routine measurements will be taken at agreed locations throughout the area and logged and shared with Licensing Authorities daily.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

Festival parking at Bourne Airfield, vehicles not admitted to the festival site. Shuttle busses from Cambridge N rail station and Bourne Airfield.

 

LITTER

There will be an experienced waste management company who will be resident on the event site throughout the duration of the build, live events and the break. The team will provide a full litter picking service across the events site and perimeter and will allocate a response team to local residents as required, to clear any litter left in the local area.
