** Note that a deposit is required for these events, which is returnable provided the Hall is left in a clean and satisfactory condition.
The Letting Sub Committee reserve the right to arrange fees for special events.
No drawing pins or nails are to be inserted into the walls or woodwork of the building. However, drawing pins can be inserted into the top of the wooden rail that runs around the hall about 18 inches from the ceiling. No sellotape may be stuck on the walls or woodwork.
