Marquee
The School and Village Association owns 2 marquees which are hired out during the summer to raise funds, as well as supplying the venue for Feast Week and other events in the village. The bookings are in June, July and August. The marquee bookings and rotas are organized by Neil Harris, Tel 01954 789049 nrp.harris@gmail.com. If you would like to hire them, we suggest that you book as early as possible because it is already very popular.
If anyone would like to join the team of volunteers to erect and dismantle
the marquee we would be more than willing to include you in the rotas. (You also
get a free pint at the pub afterwards.) For more information on hiring or becoming
a team member please contact us. We will assume that anyone who was on the team
last year is able to help again this year - please let us know if this is not
the case.
